Jeff created Facilities Management Solutions to address the growing need for skilled and qualified Directors of Facilities Management for the healthcare industry. An entrepreneur at heart, he loves mining for unmet service needs and bringing a top-shelf service enterprise to fruition. Jeff has a passion for service born out of 15-years in starting and managing multi-million-dollar resorts and conference centers. Jeff holds a finance degree from George Mason University.


Mickey Eberts


Mickey has over 25 years of healthcare facilities management experience. Prior to FMS, Mickey led the creation and integration of a $1 billion-dollar facilities management portfolio across the largest non-profit healthcare organization in the US. Mickey holds an MBA from Strayer University and maintains multiple industry certifications: Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).


Tommie Downs

Executive VP, Operations

Tommie joined Fire Door Solutions in 2018 as the Vice President of Operations for Life Safety Compliance Solutions division. In 2019, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for all FDS offerings. He brings 15+ years of experience as an industry executive in Healthcare Facility Management. Always committed to cost-savings, driving profitability and increasing market share, he has a strong understanding of in-sourcing/out-sourcing models. He offers strategic vision and creates leading-edge customer support solutions while always focusing on the companies KPI’s and mission. Tommie is a graduate of Shorter University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. When Tommie is not collaborating with his customers and designing innovative solutions, he can be found between the white lines of a ball field coaching youth sports or on any body of water with a fishing rod in hand.


Miles Franz

Executive VP, Sales & Marketing

Miles brings more than 20 years of sales experience to Facilities Management Solutions including market entry & development, complex solution sales, executive client engagement, sales team development, and sales methodology development & implementation. Miles is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Business with an Information Technology Emphasis.



Art Huber

VP, Facilities Management

Art has over 40 years of Healthcare Facilities Management experience. He has held executive leadership positions for healthcare systems across the US, including Grady Health System, Via Christi Health and Verity Health. Art holds a Business Administration degree from Wayne State University. Art is a Fellow, American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Health Facilities Manager (CHFM).



Nhut Bui

VP, Strategy & Business Development

Nhut has 13+ years’ diverse operational experience conceptualizing, developing and launching complex solutions that maximize efficiency, reduce costs and optimize productivity for national healthcare systems. Nhut holds a Master of Health Care Leadership (MHCL) from Friends University and is a Certified Health Facilities Manager (CHFM).
